TCHOA Statewide Board
The Tennessee County Highway Officials Association (TCHOA) Statewide Board serves as a leadership body for all 95 county highway executives in Tennessee. Its primary role is to support the professional needs of both elected and appointed officials through advocacy of and guidance to those highway executives.
