Interim Successor Law
As you know, all chief administrative officers of the county highway department are now required to designate an interim successor for your office. This law takes effect July 1, 2008. If you haven't already done so, please click HERE to download a copy of the necessary form and file it appropriately with the necessary county office in your county.
